The main idea behind this blog is to give young designers a platform, that’s why I’m really excited about this project: Byco is a crowdfunding site for fashion and home design, where everybody can submit a design – established designers, students or practitioners from other design disciplines. If the design is good, the sketch will be posted to the “fund page”, where you can invest in the designs you like. Once a sample is produced it will be available at Byco Shop for a limited time. The designers receive 20% of sales plus one of their designs and investors receive 10% of sales and of course support good work. Wow. I mean, where else do you have the possibility to buy unique design for surprisingly reasonable prices?
