Eligo – A new Italian craftmanship brand

The new brand Eligo deals with a lifestyle of timeless beauty: it harvests Italian excellence, narrates the world of artisan imagination and represents the elegance of Italian home style. Their products combine the centuries-old experience of timeless artifacts to the design of new objects, inspired by drawings and forgotten patents.

My favourite design is the range of lightweight Chiavari Chairs (in the pictures on top) which were first designed in 1807 by a cabinetmaker in Chiavari and are still entirely made by hand.
