“My Bauhaus is better than yours” – what an epic name for a collective that creates furniture, prints, fashion, books and many other objects. Evolved from a group exhibition in 2009 the collective gives its designers and artists the possibility to generate a creative, cultural and financial capital to continue developing and producing new concepts and objects, independently. Navigating their unique onlineshop is already great fun and I discovered some fantastic stuff like the X Chair by Manuel Raeder – a stool that offers storage (picture above) or the stunning soft leather necessaire from Marie Burkhard (which I need now). A project to keep an eye on!
