On my Radar #63

1.) The Stella Collective is a Melbourne based global design practice and I love how they worked their magic on the interior of Zoobibi Melbourne, a lifestyle concept store. The outcome is a feminine but futuristic paradisiacal interior infused with natural and beautiful living settings, to showcase the product and pieces collected by the owner. The retail areas encircle an internal light-filled courtyard, a heavenly dreamlike moment where visitors can enjoy tranquility mixing their browsing experience with coffee, delicious food, wine and mimosas. A tiled lunar curve sweeps the floor, and signature water feature are the heartbeat to the experience. Via Desiretoinspire.

2.) Muuto is coming up with some Spring news, my favourite is the Kink Vase by Earnest Studio. The lines of the Kink Vase are created through digital manipulation of simple shapes. Its characterful kink gives the design a sculptural expression with one being abled to use one or both tubes for floral arrangements. It’s made of pigmented porcelain, unglazed on the outside, glazed on the inside and available in sand and light blue.

3.) Turn your walls into your private small “Atelier du Papier” with these series of colorful and contemporary posters by Nynne Rosenvinge. They come in size 50×70 cm.

4.) The ceramic masks from Danish label Sortenegle are pretty cool, right? 😉

Update: It has been brought to my attention that these ceramic masks are probably copies of designs of Gloria from former Studio Somée. I’m not the one to judge but in this case I decided to delete the images.

  1. Sorry to be a downer, but Sortenegle are heavily copying Studio Somée with no shame for some time now. Not cool, and should not be supported.
