The duo designs and makes collectable furniture and objects with terrazzo, marble, polished concrete and glass, playing with subverting materials. My favourite is the Tavolo Morbido Soft Table, made of Norwegian pink marble or bronze glass held within four soft-looking, smooth forms of hand coloured and cast concrete pillars.
If you are obsessed with marble, terrazzo and pink – you will probably like the work of Australian label Studio Mignone – two people together, passionate about design, creating sculptural furniture, objects and art.
All editions are limited and made by hand in their studio in Adelaide.
