Ah folks, I’m California dreaming… The recently opened The Surfrider with its laid-back atmosphere is definitely a place I’d consider for an overnight stay. Located on the iconic Pacific Coast Highway, just across the street from the world-famous Surfrider beach, this modern California Beach House is inspired by the picturesque Malibu landscape and rich heritage of California surf culture. It has now been transformed from an original 1950s motel into a contemporary boutique hotel with 20 rooms.
All rooms are fit out with Bellino linens, Grown Alchemist amenities, Parachute robes and a mini bar stocked with local California treats.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and all things in between are served on the roof deck or in your room. The Roof Deck at The Surfrider is the spot to soak it up, overlooking First Point Malibu and the Pacific Ocean.
