Umbrella Stand by NakNak

I already wrote about the NakNak Design’s perforated boxes last year, now the Taiwanese studio wows me again with Hoop, an umbrella stand designed by Mika Tolvanen. Hoop is a modern take on an antique umbrella stand Tolvanen saw at a flea market.  A slender oval wire is suspended above a cast iron base and makes for stable umbrella storage with a petite footprint.
