Villa Clea – Milan’s Immersive Art Sanctuary

Nestled in Milan’s vibrant Fondazione Prada district, Villa Clea is an art space and art residency that offers an immersive atmosphere to the intellectually courageous. It is more than just an exhibition space – it’s an invitation to those who seek to challenge their intellectual boundaries. This unique art residency blurs the lines between living and exhibiting, offering a sensory immersion that transcends traditional gallery experiences. The villa’s carefully curated spatial design, tactile materials, and thoughtfully placed objects evoke deep emotional and intellectual responses. Here, artists and enthusiasts gather informally, creating a dynamic environment where creativity thrives and conventions are left at the door.

Once a workshop, the space has been masterfully transformed by architect Matteo Corbellini into an urban sanctuary. Villa Clea’s design ethos champions eco-friendliness, with 80% of the structure made from natural clay, complemented by large sliding windows and satin curtains. At the heart of its serene interior lies the Luuna collection, designer by owner and director Allina Corbellini – a manually crafted collection of raw aluminum furniture. Also the villa boasts a lush courtyard garden and a green rooftop, enhancing both its visual appeal and thermal efficiency.
