Montana Mini used as Bedside Cabinets

I was desperately looking for new bedside cabinets for quite a while, when I finally stumbled upon the Montana Mini series of uncomplicated, versatile storage modules. The series consists of a module that measures 35x35x25 centimetres and comes in three versions: open, closed and with shelves.

When smow, a German online retailer with an online shop based in Leipzig and a network of physical stores all over Germany, asked me to pick my favourite item from their huge product range, I didn’t think twice and teamed up with them. smow is one of the most successful German retailers of design classics: amongst Montana Furniture they also sell brands like Vitra, USM, Thonet and Hay. Within Germany, as well as to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Austria and the Netherlands, smow ships free of charge with their standard delivery service.

I chose two cabinets – one with shelves and the other with a door – in Mushroom, a deep, light brownish grey with a subtle note of pink. The Minis are available in 10 poetic colours and if you like to combine several modules – they have magnets helping the cabinets to align side by side. All modules can be placed on legs or hung on the wall.
