I’m in awe with Menu‘s new collection, which was launched at Maison & Objet this September. The inspiration for the Modernist Reimagined collection was drawn from Modernist architects and designers, a design movement shaped by simplicity and functionality and the idea that beautiful everyday objects should be affordable to everyone.
My absolute favourite is the Bottle Carafe, which is part of a series inspired by the silhouettes of classic vessels. Sculpted from thick-walled mouth-blown glass with a brass lid, the carafe can be used to keep drinks cool in the fridge or to keep wine for another day.
