On my radar #62

1.) Love this new contemporary kitchen design Atelier Ax by Swedish manufacturer Kvänum! Colours are inspired by nature’s own palette from dark soil to mild light. The colour Ax on the counter pairs nicely with the colour Almond of the kitchen island, all topped with a delicate thin Italian marble, Fior di Pesco, a grey stone with winding white veins and shades of pink like peach blossom. The kitchen island has open shelves and corners marked by slender pillars. Found via September Edit

2.) I’ve always been a fan of Eleni’s artwork for her Studio Paradissi and now she has teamed up with The Poster Club for an exclusive collaboration, printed on a 265gm high-quality art paper and shipped worldwide.

This photoshoot took place in the gorgeous New Works showroom in Copenhagen and was styled by Tine Daring and shot by Emil Monty Freddie. Congrats, Eleni!

3.) Another artist who caught my eye is Kim Bartelt and her pastel paper “paintings”. With coloured tissue papers she collected from clothing purchases or wrapped around samples and glue as a binding medium, Bartelt composes abstract shapes and forms. Sight Unseen has visited her in her inspiring Berlin based home, find the whole interview and more impressions of her apartment here.

4.) Virginia Sin’s Fall Collection is here with and ready to pre-oder – my favourite is the Joshua Table Lamp in Terracotta. Inspired by the heart-shaped rocks in Joshua Tree, California, the Joshua table lamp reminds us to make room to love and accept one another. Each design mimics the terrain while the light bulb represents the position of the sun.
