Molonglo is a Greek-Australian company that operates within the field of property development. Their Athenian projects are an act of reverse ruination across multiple sites. The company seeks to advocate for the city and to support it in engaging with new living, working, commercial and retail opportunities, post-economic crisis, in appropriate and gentle ways.
Set in two distinct neighborhoods, Kysepli and Koukaki, both home to bohemians of all types, the apartments have been refurbished in collaboratin with London-based architects Royffe Flynn. Terrazzo, marble, original features and 20th century furnishings dominate the spaces. All residences are for rent by the way ;-).
