Travel: Guesthouse Camellas-Lloret, Languedoc, France

Tucked away on a medieval hilltop village in the Languedoc, Camellas-Lloret is a love project founded by Annie and Colin moore, who met on a train leaving Paris in 1982. They fell for this classic 18th-century house in an unspoiled corner of the South of France which offers 4 spacious rooms – all with wifi, private bath featuring original architectural details, marble fireplaces, and furnishings that blend local vintage finds with modern design, as well as a rustic garden apartment that used to serve as the woodshop.

All rooms have linen bedding on handmade organic cotton and natural latex matresses for a good night’s rest and provide Aesop toiletries. Breakfast is included with all rooms.
